About me

Dr. Lauren grew up in rural Maryland where she developed a deep connection with nature and a love for animals. She lived on a horse farm and was a competitive equestrian for over a decade. She excelled as a hunter / jumper and also had a passion for training young and inexperienced horses.

This experience imparted countless lessons, some of which directly impact her career as a chiropractor. One being the awareness and communication with subtle energies and another being the impact that traumas (like hard falls!) have on your body and nervous system.

Lauren expanded her cultural awareness by living in Germany for two years and traveling to different countries including France, Belgium, Czech Republic, Netherlands, and Austria. She has traveled to Mexico and India on Chiropractic Service Trips where she has cared for hundreds of people of all ages and disease processes.

Lauren was educated at Salisbury University (Biology) and Life Chiropractic College West, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude, Lauren dedicated over 500 hours outside the classroom practicing and developing her adjusting skills, and excelled as a leader in clubs helping younger students do the same. She is passionate about serving her community by offering the best care possible, helping others relieve pain, improve function, become more adaptable to stress, and reconnect people to their bodies.
